After 40 months of round-the-clock efforts and utilizing the knowledge and experience of experts in the Italian and Spanish tile and ceramic industries, the experts of the Kashan Rubber Industries Research and Development (R&D) group have succeeded in producing a new design of Balmil rubber liner called Arsham (meaning strong in Persian), which is in line with the latest technology in the world and is considered a remarkable development in the tile and ceramic, sanitary ware and container industries and energy consumption optimization.
This product includes shell plates and level lifters and can be installed on any type of tank, including continuous and discontinuous.
This liner model has flat rubber parts in which there is a special model of hollow and close-to-each other holes that are designed and produced in appropriate sizes according to the type of tank and alumina balls are inserted inside these holes.
The biggest advantage of this type of rubber lining is its high regenerability, so that by timely replacing alumina balls and replacing them with new balls, the life of the lining can be increased several times.
Other advantages of this product include the following:
– The very hard alumina components give the rubber lining unparalleled resistance.
– Reduction of up to 30% of the energy consumed by the ball mill
– Reduction of 15-30% of the grinding time of the ball mill
– Easy initial start-up of the ball mill due to the lack of a lifter
– Increase in the useful life of the lining by periodically replacing alumina balls
– Easy start-up of the ball mill (initial amperage)
